Hi, I’m Christinia Melton, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky. I know how overwhelming life can feel when you’ve been through a lot — anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or just trying to hold it all together while caring for everyone else. You don’t have to do that alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood; not judged, rushed, or talked at. Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll laugh when it’s helpful, sit with the hard stuff when needed, and work at a pace that feels right for you.
