I love the privilege of working with creative, insightful individuals looking to better understand themselves through a courageous exploration of the self. To that end, the experience of being human requires turning over complex ideas in the palm of your hand—it's both sublime in its potential for limitlessness, and can also be impacted by past experiences, how we wield language, perceive intention, and are willing to risk vulnerability and intimacy. This work is challenging and beautiful, and on the other side of it is the immensely rewarding and ongoing process of healing. As we go, we'll walk side-by-side at the pace you set. I'm experienced in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD using CBT and DBT. Based on what you find helpful, we'll incorporate artistic, existential, spiritual, and humanistic approaches. You can expect warmth, investment, and- where appropriate- humor to support increased perspective. This highly personalized process is your space.
