Hello, and welcome! I recognize that you're taking a big step to seek support to help you navigate whatever is going on in your life that has landed you here. I fully believe that a supportive counseling relationship is a powerful tool to encourage change and help bring out the skills we have inside ourselves to overcome obstacles and realize our full potential. Life gets challenging and you don't have to navigate it alone. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I strive to find the right tools and resources to create our path forward. Through collaboration, we will set priorities and goals for our work together. Grounding in a person-centered therapeutic approach, I view our work as a partnership. I aim to provide a space where clients feel an authentic connection, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I draw from several modalities to help clients navigate transitions, explore identites, face anxiety/fear, navigate transitions and process past trauma.
