Your time with me is your one hour out of your busy week to slow down, tune everything else out, and focus on your growth. I'll guide you along the way, following a person-centered and strengths-based approach. I combine evidence-based practices with an energetic, inviting and fun dynamic to support you through your journey. Therapy shouldn't be boring, intimidating, awkward or uptight. My practice focuses on issues such as adolescence and young adult stressors, general life transitions, perinatal support, women's issues, relationship difficulties, and family relations. I incorporate treatment methods from several modalities, tailoring treatment to the individual.
