Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been in practice for over 31 years. I completed my undergraduate and graduate work in San Diego, and during this time wrote my diseration on Stress and Burn out. This time in my career was instrumental in working with those who have stress, anxiety and depression and redirecting their focus onto healthy coping strategies.
