The world around us, and we as individuals, are going through tremendous social and ecological changes. I support individuals experiencing eco-despair, eco-rage, and eco-anxiety arising from eco-empathy, a deep care and concern for the Earth. I have extensive background in working with trauma, especially complex/relational trauma and adverse early childhood experiences. As a marriage and family therapist, I work with people of all relationship styles to foster and build “custom relationships” that work for their personal needs and life circumstances. LGBTQI/CNM celebrating and support spiritual, religious, and cultural diversity. I support you in facing adversity and uncertainties by developing secure foundational attachment using a systems approach. We explore the vast territory of life in fine detail so in order to recognize the impacts of experience on you and realize your impacts on the world. My work is informed by transpersonal psychology, ecopsychology and eco-therapy.
