My therapeutic orientation is integrative and holistic, person centered and collaborative, strength based and present focused. I utilize an empirically based, multi modal approach, incorporating Cognitive, Behavioral, Existential, and Mindfulness-based modalities as well as offering EMDR, to help my clients break free from their past, move forward, overcome their challenges, and develop new skills and understanding. I utilize research, experience, diverse training, and intuition, integrating an array of effective therapeutic interventions that will yield optimum results, tailored for the individual and the issues presented.
