Welcome! I provide guidance and support to individuals in their journey toward living more wholeheartedly. In our work together, we will explore thought processes, qualities of the heart, inner emotions, bodily sensations, and relational patterns in order to support the development of the heart and mind. I support my clients in connecting with and expanding the relationship between the mind, body, and soul to bring healing and relief from life's suffering. With curiosity as a guide, our journey together will draw upon the cultivation of deeper insight and self-awareness meeting each moment with compassion.
