Hi, I'm Topher. My name is Topher Evans and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in San Jose, CA- the heart of Silicon Valley! I work with clients state-wide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults, specializing in anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, Tics, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). I utilize Cognitive Behaviors Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to help my clients achieve symptom reduction and gain empowerment over their lives.
