I have experience working in the addiction and mental health space. I’m passionate about the study of emotional distress and trauma; as it relates to individuals, couples, and families who have experienced difficult or negative experiences. My goal is to empower my clients to learn how to utilize their trauma and lived experiences to overcome life challenges.
