Life often presents challenges that can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain. My goal is to help you navigate these situations and regain a sense of control and purpose. I specialize in working with individuals facing issues such as low self-esteem, perfectionism, competitiveness, relationship struggles, and feelings of jealousy and envy. My approach is integrative, using both the therapeutic relationship itself and evidence-based interventions from CBT and DBT. I have extensive experience in treating personality disorders and helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My time working in both inpatient and outpatient settings has equipped me to treat the full spectrum of psychological experience. I have completed post-doctoral training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and DBT. I currently see clients both in-person and by telehealth.
