Sometimes it can be challenging to see what is driving our difficulties or how we might be getting in our own way. My clients are often seeking to better understand themselves, their circumstances, and their choices so that they can make meaningful changes in their lives. My specialties include children and youth 9 years of age and older as well as adults and seniors. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I have over 30 years of experience as a therapist, educator, and therapeutic school administrator, giving me a unique and informed perspective on learning and adjustment challenges for individuals of all ages. Some of my clients are navigating a difficult life transition or finding that their customary ways of coping are no longer working for them.
