I work primarily with teens, young adults, college students, and adults who are navigating anxiety, identity shifts, and life transitions. You might be trying to balance expectations, your own or others’, while wanting space to breathe, reflect, and move toward what truly matters to you. My goal is to provide a warm, authentic environment where you can show up as your full self, knowing your identities will be welcomed and your insights valued. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem and peer concerns, family relationship challenges, and identity transitions.
