Accepting new clients February 2026. It is hard to ask for help. I've been in the same situation and found tremendous relief after I had the courage to ask. As a counselor I have often seen trauma and pain turn into growth and wisdom, and I hope to accompany you on your healing journey. In addition to 10 years of experience as a therapist I have an extensive background in both mindfulness-including living in a Zen Monastery for two years-and the arts from being a songwriter, guitarist, visual artist, and dance performer and teacher for decades. I use this background to make therapy a calming and creative experience.
