I have 31 years of experience practicing psychotherapy and counseling, and helping people work through these issues to create a new positive and healthy life. My mission is to help you resolve these issues, in a way that is realistic and positive, through deep listening, thoughtful counseling, and solution focused/strength based interventions. I believe in treating the whole person. Your emotional state is often related to or rooted in your physical state.
