I work with couples, individuals, groups, and I also provide training & supervision to therapists. I can provide video therapy in 42 states per PSYPACT. In addition to being a therapist, I have taught in university classrooms to undergraduates and clinical psychology graduate students. While I work with a broad array of tools (CBT, MBCT) to support the healing journey, improve mental health, and to prevent depression, I specialize in incorporating various emotional self-awareness activities, mindfulness, and parts of self activities into therapy. With couples, I teach Imago communication skills and support connection.
