My ideal client ... is a mess. Someone who knows enough to know they need help, and whether or not they reached out for help in the past, never really found the help they needed. The client is ready to make change, to learn coping skills, and work on their relationships. The client is not dependent on me to solve their problems for them, but is willing to do whatever it takes to get their life on track.
