Current availability for Tuesday-Thursday from 8am-11am, with occassional Monday and Friday sessions available as needed. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida. I specialize in supporting adults navigating various life transitions, which can result in feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or depressed. Whether you're facing the excitement and challenges of moving to a new city, starting college, graduating, embarking on a new career path, or adjusting to other significant changes, I'm here to help. In our first session, we will discuss your reason for starting (or returning to) therapy, your goals and prior experiences with therapy, what you feel like helps or doesn't help you, and start creating a plan that aligns with your personal goals.
