Spending ten years of my life coaching high school and college athletes, I feel a special connection with adolescents and young adults. Personal experience, further study, and working closely with survivors of suicide has brought great meaning to the work that I do. In addition to the therapy room, I also volunteer at local events and am a board member with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention - Delaware. I employ a warm approach that has allowed me to connect with individuals of all ages, using an integrative approach centered in humanistic, client centered treatment modalities and interventions.
