Choosing to live authentically is an act of courage. Life offers many opportunities to hide our true selves, sometimes even from oneself, often resulting in living far below our capacity. Taking steps to heal, recover, survive, or take life to the next level can be challenging on our own. We’ll work together to understand what you want in your life, what’s getting in the way, and how you can create opportunities to have more of what you want, empowering you to live courageously and authentically. I also have limited appointments for psychological, adult ADHD, and substance use evaluation.
