Christy has experience in working with individuals, couples, children, and families. She has a passion for working with cancer patients or those with terminal illness, as well as a passion for resolving and avoiding compassion fatigue among health care workers, and educating the public on how to best serve the whole person during the wellness journey. She has spoken at numerous conferences on topics including reducing stress, optimizing your health, and the mind-body connection. Christy offers individual therapy and couples counseling via telehealth so that you can get help from the comfort of your own home or workplace.
