I am a certified addictions professional, trauma informed therapist and Emotional Freedom Therapy and EMDR provider. My background experience consist of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, codependency, singleness, life coaching, business executive coaching, criminal justice, behavior modification, addictions and life adjustments. I work with adjustments including loss, imposter syndrome and navigating new seasons, relationships or business through trauma processing & mindset shifting, boundary setting and breaking cycles.
