I am fortunate to work in a field where I have met amazing people on their path of self discovery . I am a therapist / clinical social worker with over twenty years I enjoy working with various populations at developmental stages . My focus is on helping clients identify goals and develop strategies and coping skills that will help them overall . We all have strengths and areas that we can improve . My approach is solution based with symptom relief as a primary focus , my style is collaborative and interactive . Establishing a rapport with someone in a safe supportive environment is so important when beginning therapy .
