My goal and passion, as your therapist, is to help you get to the root cause. Together, we’ll work towards your experience of wholeness by addressing underlying beliefs, emotions, and their resulting manifestations. I'll assist you in changing your relationship to the emotions that continue to challenge your ability to feel connected and confident. It is my objective, as a "root cause" mental health therapist, to come alongside you, position you as the expert on your own experience, and help you access the life for which you've been yearning.
