Struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or addiction can feel exhausting or even unbearable. You might feel very alone. Maybe you’ve tried traditional talk therapy and it didn’t really work for you. Or perhaps you’re a Christian, struggling with the fact that you’re struggling. You find yourself stuck and overwhelmed, and you feel like you just can’t break through. You just want to feel free. I’ve worked with clients seeking healing for over a decade. My approach is source-focused—stabilizing issues that bring you in and exploring deeper reasons problems continue to appear. My process is also very relational, so we'll work at a pace that feels right to you.
