I am a Medicare provider who specializes in chronic illness. My focus is on helping patients and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, Cancer, Dementia/Alzheimers, and physical pain/illness. My approach includes present-centered, strength-based therapy. I provide practical tools that you can use in your everyday life. I encourage excellent self-care and advocate for healthy living within our healthcare system. I am a trained Gestalt Therapist and work in the here and now using mindfulness, a combination of wellness models, and solution-focused intention. I believe that psychotherapy is crucial to good health.
