My approach centers on authentic connection and creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you’re encouraged to bring your whole self and come exactly as you are. I believe everything you need to heal, grow, and create lasting change already exists within you. I am most passionate about working with adults, women and people of color, kinky folks, gender-expansive humans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those with intersecting marginalized identities.
