Ciara is a creative arts therapist who works within a client-centered and personalized framework that incorporates both body and mind. She works with couples as well as individuals, treating issues such as depression, anxiety, intimacy, grief and navigating major life changes. Using talk therapy and/or art she aims to foster a place for her clients to feel heard, understood, and safe. Ciara works hard to establish an anti-oppressive, inclusive, and compassionate practice to ensure her clients this safety and comfort.
