I work with adults across the lifespan, with a particular interest in supporting young adults and older adults. I will focus on identifying and building upon clients’ strengths while also exploring unconscious patterns and past experiences that may be influencing life in the present. I work with a wide range of concerns, life transitions, and overall life experiences. I approach healing in a collaborative way that honors the whole person and their identity.
