Hello! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2022 seeing clients of all ages and backgrounds. With a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I specialize in relationships and family dynamics. I find immense joy in helping my clients find freedom from attachment wounds that often make us feel powerless. I have significant experience working with teens, adults, and couples moving through life transitions such as school, marriage, death, careers, divorce, etc. I am also certified to provide pre-marital counseling through the Prepare/Enrich curriculum. With a heavy emphasis on attachment theory, I move with my clients through their relational timelines while building practical coping skills to promote life long healing. With couples, I utilize techniques from Emotions Focused Therapy to promote stronger empathetic understanding and communication skills between partners.
