I work with high-functioning women and couples who know something isn’t working and want help. Many of the clients I see appear composed and capable on the outside, yet feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. My work is grounded and collaborative. I support women navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, as well as couples working through communication challenges, parenting dynamics, blended family roles, infidelity, and identity shifts. Therapy is a space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface.
