I enjoy working with adults and adolescents who have substance use issues, co-occurring disorders, and/or individuals who have experienced trauma. I use EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS techniques to help individuals process their trauma so that they can go on to live healthy, happy, and productive lives. I also see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and eating disorders. I use Neurofeedback to help in these areas as well. I have 2 therapy dogs, Ember and Quin, who work with me.
