I provide a nonjudgemental, collaborative and confidential environment for individuals to work through past and present challenges. I work with a wide range of individuals from adolescence to adulthood who present with a variety of issues including life transitions, loss and relationship issues. I also work with people struggling with depression, anxiety and substance abuse.
