I work with adults, children, and families who experience challenges in depression and anxiety, trauma and childhood abuse, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, anger management, crisis management, immigration and multiculturalism, and children with behavior problems. Having worked for inpatient crisis management has given me the ability to guide and navigate through intense circumstances. I work with my clients to see change, make change, heal from the past, and find healthy ways to cope and move forward. I am determined to help clients live a healthy and meaningful life while addressing past experiences.
