Hi, I’m Cindy. I take a creative, collaborative approach to therapy,helping you understand patterns, reconnect with yourself, and work through challenges in meaningful ways. I support people with anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, life transitions, ADHD, and feeling stuck or disconnected. I often use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), shadow work (gently exploring the hidden parts of ourselves), and creative tools like EFT tapping, imagery, or humor. Together, we’ll build clarity, resilience, and practical tools for everyday life.
