I view therapy as a journey to attain a better understanding of yourself and what is important to you. We all want to live our best lives. What brings you to therapy is where we start. What are your goals? What may be the challenges that get in the way. Together we will develop a plan with your goals, your needs at the center. I work with people with various challenges and experiences. My goal is to help you gain the tools and confidence to be your best self and know it. We are all on a learning journey. I provide both in person and telehealth. Offering both venues allows access to therapy at times when coming into the office may not be possible. I work with issues related to anxiety and depression. Additionally, I have an extensive background in working with trauma related issues as well as substance misuse.
