I believe every individual, couple and family has a story they bring into therapy that includes not only their situation at hand, but a personal, family and diverse experiential history. My approach in therapy is tailored toward the uniqueness of each person. Together, we will work towards facilitating more self-understanding, more effective ways of handling life challenges, and strengthening relationships with others.
