I have a deep understanding and compassion for the struggle of the family unit and the impact individual experiences have on those they live, work, and connect with. I use several theoretical approaches in a supportive and collaborative session using tools such as cognitive- behavior therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy and attachment theory.
