My name is Seleste Bowers. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide therapy for children, youth and adults. Therapy is not just a conversation, it’s an opportunity to better understand ourselves and develop the skills and tools necessary to make the lives we desire. I offer a warm and direct therapy approach. I focus on creating a space that allows you to focus on your emotions, thoughts and direct you towards putting into practice the changes you’ve identified that will help you reach your goals.
