Hi, I'm Cinthya Islas and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My main focus over the last 10 years has been working with individuals who have experienced different types of traumas in their lives. I understand how difficult it may be to talk about the things that impact life in more ways than one, my goal is to create a space where you can explore your feelings and gain insight into how these wounds have impacted your life and hopefully identify the coping skills that work for you to continue on this healing journey.
