As a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of clinical experience, I believe that it is never too late to make significant and meaningful changes in our lives. By engaging in a warm therapeutic relationship, I help my clients to better understand their life situations, develop their unique strengths, and move towards living a more emotionally fulfilling and satisfying life. I enjoy a diverse practice, working with young adults and adults with a range of concerns and needs. More specifically, many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, postpartum depression, life cycle transitions, and difficulties maintaining an intimate relationship.
