My goal is to help adults understand themselves better and find more effective ways to cope with stressors. I approach therapy from an attachment-based and interpersonal lens, and I often focus on how past relationships impact present emotions and experiences. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy, and I strive to create a sense of safety that also fosters growth. I also offer psychological assessment services for ADHD and other diagnoses for age 8 and up.
