I work with adult women, particularly those in their 20s and 30s who are dealing with grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. This might include navigating relationships, career stress, identity shifts, burnout, or the feeling that life isn’t turning out the way you expected. Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and figure out what you need to move forward.
