Hi, I’m Claire, a licensed clinical social worker serving the states of FL and NJ. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe space to openly explore barriers that can prevent you from maintaining lasting joy in your life. I help adults who have experienced relational or developmental trauma understand how the past shows up in the present — through anxiety, self-doubt, or guilt. Inner beliefs, past experiences, and unhealthy relationships are often other central issues we face in learning to live as our whole selves, fully accepted and fully loved. My mission is to help my clients find wholeness and know their inherent worth. I have experience treating clients with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and attachment issues. With couples, I use Gottman therapeutic techniques to help enhance communication and intimacy. Main modalities of choice: existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and reality therapy.
