I work with individuals and couples facing challenges associated with life changes and crises and those exploring new ways of dealing with old patterns. I have a specific interest in working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, loss, relationship issues and illness. I also work with women with postpartum depression and counsel around parenting issues. I believe that people have a great capacity to change and grow. We work together to access strengths and identify patterns of coping that may no longer be productive. My style is interactive, supportive and collaborative.
