My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, empathetic, and trusting space for my clients to navigate life's challenges and work towards personal growth. I believe that all clients have the ability to create lasting change and live a fulfilling life. I work to empower them on that path through collaborative, compassionate care. I am a licensed counselor serving children ages 10+, adolescents, and adults. A former school counselor, I have experience supporting a diverse range of clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and more. I incorporate a variety of approaches including CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused and strengths-based practices.
