I offer a warm, safe, and affirming space in which you will feel seen and heard. I help my clients gain insight into their feelings and behaviors, make meaning of their past experiences, and build confidence to cope with life’s stressors. I specialize in supporting the family-building and parenthood experience (including infertility, pregnancy loss, abortion, TFMR, perinatal anxiety, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders), but also love to work with women and queer people navigating life transitions. I have special skills and experience working with anxiety, OCD, grief, depression, and relationship challenges.
