I specialize in helping couples keep their commitments to lifelong marriage or partnership wherever possible-- restoring friendships, managing conflict, healing relationship hurts and traumas, supporting each other's life dreams, and reconnecting again over what it means to do life together. My practice includes helping couples prepare for marriage, providing consultation for those with relationship questions and concerns, and providing therapy for couples in distress. I have increasingly embraced the belief that connection with others is what makes life meaningful and that relationships are worth the effort. My training encompasses several therapy approaches.
