People often think therapy is just a place to vent—and it can be, because validation matters. But it’s also a space to be challenged, face fears, and take steps toward the life you deserve. That can be scary, which is why having a therapist helps. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but I will point out barriers in your way—even the ones you may be putting there yourself—so you can move past them.
