I look forward to working with adolescents and adults seeking positive life changes and support through a somatic therapeutic approach. I work from a trauma-informed lens and support clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. With an openness to the process and willingness to do the work, I can help clients feel more connected to their whole selves providing a lasting impact. My clients find support in processing their emotions and learning personalized coping skills that they can utilize daily to work through life's ups and downs. Sessions with me may include breathwork, meditation, body awareness, processing emotions through movement, guided self-touch, and more depending on what best supports the client's needs. Clients can address how trauma or various experiences are being held in their bodies and what they can do to find a release and feel aligned with their true selves.
